My desire to make unique gourmet biscotti came from my dislike in hard dry cookies found in the grocery stores and my need for a fresh cookie that tastes good both dipped or "as is" straight from the box. One that can be eaten along side with coffee or tea or as a dessert dipped in Coolwhip or your favorite icecream. I am all for creativety so if you are looking for a flavor you don't see, let me know. I am happy to try something new!
